- What time is check in / check out times?
- Check in is after 1600 on booked arrival day and check out the day of departing is by 1000.
- Can I book over the phone?
- Yes of course, not a problem. Please call us on 01738 230011.
- When I book, how do I get directions to the Perthshire Hideaways?
- Once you book online and pay, you will get an email with full arrival instructions which will detail all you need to know on how to get to us.
- When are the other locations going to be up and running?
- We are a new business and have rapid growth plans and are excited to bring new locations to you all as quickly as we possibly can. This does take time to set up though so please bear with us. If you fill in your details on our website, you will get updates on when new sites are up and running.
- Is there food and drink at the property?
- Yes, absolutely. We have a Luxury gourmet welcome hamper that is ready in your pod for your arrival. There are a range of products that change from time to time. Some of the items we include are: cured meats, crisps, olive bread sticks, Houmous, fruit, Scottish Shortbread and cheese and biscuits. We also provide a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and soft drinks too! Plenty of tea and Nespresso Coffee and hot chocolate to enjoy also. Continental style breakfast is included with cereals, fruit, Stoats porridge oats and yogurts. Everyone is different and therefore may want to have a conventional style of dinner- there are many good takeaways that deliver to us and also a wide range of Restaurants that offer collection and/or dine in. - Are there cooking facilities?
- We like the idea of providing a welcome hamper with cold meats and cheeses and therefore we don’t feel there is a need for cooking facilities. There is a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery and everything you need to enjoy quality food without having to cook anything.
- Are there midges?
- Not really no, although on windless, damp days you may find the odd one or two. The best thing about our pods is that there are no opening windows so flys and bugs cant come in. We have a state of the art dehumidifying hot and cold air conditioning system and a full ventilation system to keep you comfortable in all sorts of weather that Scotland throws at us!
- Do the pods have ensuite facilities?
- Yes, absolutely. We have a WC and shower with plenty of hot water, sink and mirror. We also provide as much shower gels, hand wash and shampoo as you want!
- Will someone meet us on arrival?
- We prefer the idea of our guests being able to turn up when they want after check in time and letting themselves in. The key will be in the key safe at the front door and there is a gate with an electronic lock on it before you get to the front door. All codes are sent on a welcome email prior to arrival. - Are dogs allowed?
- We are sorry to say that NO DOGS are allowed at our Luxury Hideaways. We wouldn’t want to spoil it for other guests if they were perhaps allergic to dogs.
- Can I bring a BBQ?
- Sorry but we do not allow any form of BBQ’s. There are other guests nearby and we wouldn’t want them to be affected by others have a BBQ. Sorry again about this.
- Is there a fridge in the pod?
- Yes absolutely there is. When you arrive it will be jammed pack full of the food and drink we offer as part of the complimentary welcome hamper. You can of course use the fridge for your own items too but you may have to eat and drink some of the produce already in the fridge!
- Are there Prosecco glasses in the pod?
- Yes of course!
- Are there coffee cups, plates and cutlery in the pods?
- Yes of course. In the pod you will find Nespresso coffee glasses, water or wine glasses, Prosecco glasses, tea mugs, and plenty of sets of cutlery.
- Is there bottle opener in the pod?
- Yes absolutely there is.
- Are there bathrobes and towels in the pod?
- Yes of course. Our bathrobes and towels are the best quality we can find. Lovely and fluffy and we make sure you have plenty of towels for your stay. We supply 2 luxury bathrobes, 2 massive bath sheets, 2 large bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 bathmats.
- Is there body wash and shampoo in the pods?
- Yes, plenty of it! We use luxury products only. We have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand wash.
